You'll drive new pipeline for an AI agent platform targeting insurance operations, backed by Y Combinator. Your core impact will be generating qualified leads through outbound channels to senior insurance stakeholders. You'll have autonomy to build custom outreach sequences and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to senior stakeholders
- Iterate outreach methods based on what is working
- Present pipeline progress in weekly GTM meetings
- Contribute to daily GTM standup to keep team aligned
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience at a B2B tech company
- Proven ability to generate meaningful pipeline
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Strong written communication and personalization skills

- Experience selling into insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
- Background in AI, automation, or enterprise software sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tools
