You'll drive new pipeline for an AI agent platform targeting insurance operations, backed by Y Combinator. Your core impact will be generating qualified leads through outbound channels to senior insurance stakeholders. You'll have autonomy to build custom outreach sequences and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.

  • Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to senior stakeholders
  • Iterate outreach methods based on what is working
  • Present pipeline progress in weekly GTM meetings
  • Contribute to daily GTM standup to keep team aligned

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience at a B2B tech company
  • Proven ability to generate meaningful pipeline
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Strong written communication and personalization skills

  • Experience selling into insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
  • Background in AI, automation, or enterprise software sales
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tools
