🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage U.S. employment-based immigration programs and filings.
• Coordinate H-1B lottery process and petition documentation.
• Support design and administration of global compensation plans.
• Participate in compensation surveys and market benchmarking.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in immigration or compensation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of HCM systems (preferred).
• Strong data reporting and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
