You'll lead global payroll accounting and equity administration for a growing AI enterprise, overseeing external payroll providers to ensure compliance across US, APAC, and EMEA. You'll drive month-end close processes and payroll reconciliations, impacting a high-growth environment with remote-friendly culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outsourced payroll providers across US, APAC, and EMEA
• Record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts
• Support equity administration in Carta and 409a valuations
• Coordinate with People Ops and Legal on equity transactions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of corporate accounting and payroll accounting experience
• GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience
• Experience in international multi-entity environment

• Software/SaaS industry experience
