🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
• Develop ETL/ELT processes integrating People-related data sources
• Implement data quality, validation, and observability frameworks
• Define and scale OneLake architecture with governance practices

📋 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
• Advanced experience with Python and PySpark
• Solid knowledge of distributed processing and Spark architectures

• Experience with People Analytics and HR data environments
• Knowledge of Power BI and analytical data consumption modeling
