You'll partner with Account Executives to showcase Deel's HR platform value to prospective clients. You'll translate complex client needs into compliant, scalable solutions throughout the sales cycle. This role offers a chance to work at the fastest-growing SaaS company in the global HR space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver platform demonstrations and integration architecture workshops
• Consult with prospects to assess processes and propose optimized solutions
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant
• Global HRIS provider experience preferred
• Understanding of hire-to-retire HRIS workflow
• Outstanding presentational skills with focus on value
