You'll lead the managed services delivery team responsible for syndication and content managed services for brand customers. You'll drive client success through scalable processes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of managed services, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Maintain client relationships through service reviews and QBRs.
• Standardize and improve processes for managed services engagements.
• Lead offshore delivery team, ensuring efficient execution and issue resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in managed services or customer-facing delivery in e-commerce/SaaS.
• Proven track record building and scaling managed services teams with financial accountability.
• Deep customer-facing experience including executive-level communication.
• Strong project management skills managing multiple workstreams and dependencies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using the Salsify platform.
• Experience with offshore teams.
• Knowledge of AI-driven workflows and automation.
