💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary technical point of contact for Formlabs customers across North America, handling installations, training, and repairs. You'll travel 80%+ of the time to ensure equipment uptime and customer success. This role offers equity and the chance to work with cutting-edge 3D printing technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and commission new 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site user training and live product demos.
• Perform urgent repairs and preventative maintenance visits.
• Manage complex travel schedule and maintain records in Salesforce.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on repair experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Valid passport and ability to travel 80%+ of the time.
• Live near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

• Experience in dental/medical applications.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
