🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and scale distributed systems for edge-to-cloud sync
• Lead development of Rust services integrated with Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• Shape system architecture and engineering culture with leadership
• Solve complex problems in real-time sync, scalability, and fault-tolerance

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience at scale in a FAANG or major cloud provider
• Strong background in Rust or systems languages like C++/Go
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures

• Experience with CRDTs or peer-to-peer sync
• Background in edge computing or offline-first systems
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
