Description

You will provide operational support to the Therapy Access team by managing daily data entry, fax processing, and benefit verification for patients. Your work ensures smooth intake processes and helps patients access Cala's non-invasive therapy for chronic conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year healthcare admin/clerical experience with data entry and customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, Google, Internet, and CRM systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage daily data entry and intake process for new and existing patients
• Oversee incoming document fax server, identify and file documentation in CRM
• Review and quality check incoming documents and associated data entry
• Receive completed paperwork from customers
• Document all interactions in CRM per Quality Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines
