💼 About This Role

You'll help infants and children transition from hospital to home as part of a HICU® Health Services team, blending critical care with the autonomy of home care. You'll deliver quality skilled nursing to multiple clients while training families and the ongoing care team. This role offers premium pay and the chance to work in a team-based environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care to clients transitioning from hospital to home
• Train family members and ongoing care team in home care procedures
• Collaborate with hospital care team as an extension of their service
• Manage multiple clients with complex medical needs in home setting

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent
• Competence in trach/vent and infusion skills
• Availability to work some weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• Infusion experience
• Previous home care experience
• Waived testing competency (glucometer, PT/INR)
