💼 About This Role

You'll lead risk and collection initiatives within Meesho's Financial Services team, driving strategy and execution for a key growth vertical. You'll work directly with the Head of Risk to maintain a unified view of ongoing initiatives and create new strategies. This role offers high ownership across problem solving, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with Head of Risk to track all ongoing initiatives
• Create and improve metrics across risk and collections
• Develop project plans with defined tasks, timelines, and owners
• Evaluate external/internal data sources for better risk decisions

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, strategy, or risk in financial products
• Ability to turn complex problems into actionable project plans
• Proficiency in GSheet and GDocs for dashboards and reports
• Experience delivering high-impact projects with ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with personal loan products
• Understanding of customer psychology for repayment interventions
• Exposure to analytics-led risk and collection strategies
