You'll act as a trusted partner during the early stages of the customer lifecycle, helping translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct detailed platform walkthroughs and guide setup/configuration
• Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with clients including senior decision-makers
• Ability to quickly learn SaaS platforms
