Description

You will drive enterprise sales of the Cognigy AI platform in the U.S. market, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborate with channel partners and internal teams, and build a qualified pipeline to achieve ARR targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling SaaS or technology (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI)
  • Hunter mentality passionate about winning
  • Ability to create and communicate complex deal structures and ROIs
  • Confidence navigating sales cycles with SVP/C-Level
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Represent NICE Cognigy, create awareness, generate new ARR
  • Achieve ARR ACV booking targets
  • Close deals via direct partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain qualified pipeline
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning to close
