Description

You will handle customer support inquiries via phone and ticketing system, triage issues, and ensure smooth handoffs to second-line support. You'll also develop SOPs for common inquiries and assist with queue management.

Requirements

  • IT or health-based degree or 2 years related experience
  • Friendly and professional communication skills from prior customer service
  • Good organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate response to customer support inquiries via phone or iService ticketing system
  • Ensure iService tickets contain sufficient information per minimum datasets
  • Resolve inquiries or triage and route to appropriate second-line support
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for common inquiries
  • Notify Incident Manager of issues impeding response or satisfaction
