You'll ensure a smooth employee experience from onboarding to ongoing support at Palantir, a company building software for data-driven decisions. You'll manage high-volume workstreams and drive process improvements that create seamless employee experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage new hire onboarding, including offer letters and logistics.
• Create and implement operational people initiatives like internal transfers.
• Identify and streamline workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage People data to answer business questions and manage programs.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources/People team role.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workstreams.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements.

• Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools.
• Project management or vendor management experience.
• Background in tech or fast-paced environment.
