🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead opening and closing duties including daily huddles and cash reconciliation
• Coach team to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships
• Ensure inventory integrity through accurate transaction processing and order fulfillment
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and state regulations

📋 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience
• 1 year of POS and cash handling experience
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail

• Inventory management and auditing experience
• Sales role with KPI tracking and meeting targets
• Regulated retail experience
