💼 About This Role

You'll join the finance team to support accounts payable processes including invoice submission, verification, and reconciliation. You'll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems and contribute to month-end close. This role offers mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to end-to-end AP workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices into finance system accurately
• Verify invoice details against supporting documents
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and accruals

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Accounting
• Basic understanding of accounts payable principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience with double-entry accounting
