You'll collaborate cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets and ensure exceptional service across retail partnerships. This role offers uncapped bonus potential and requires frequent travel.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned retailers at all levels
- Optimize core services by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Educate retailers on complementary services and identify adoption barriers
- Track retailer engagement metrics and maintain centralized data in Zen Desk
๐ Requirements
- Currently located in New York State
- Background in retail cannabis sales or operations
- Established relationships across NY cannabis retail
- Proven track record in driving revenue with external partners
