• Define and embed a people philosophy aligned with founder vision.
• Design and implement performance frameworks for senior leaders.
• Uphold a rigorous hiring bar with structured assessments.
• Oversee employee lifecycle and compliance across geographies.

📋 Requirements

• Experience scaling a VC-backed tech business through rapid growth.
• Proven partnership with founders or C-level leadership.
• Deep expertise in organisational design and performance management.
• Strong operational ability to turn strategy into repeatable systems.
