💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to offer targeted teaching and support for students and manage behavioral interventions in a school setting. You'll maintain classroom order and safety, responding to emergency situations as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors and implement behavioral program policies.
• Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff.
• Maintain classroom order and safety through supervision.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide interventions.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to operate tactfully under stress
• Flexibility to change in routines
• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
