You'll serve customers at a Flexdrive facility supporting the Express Drive rental program and prepare vehicles for Lyft drivers. Your work ensures drivers hit the road smoothly and upholds Lyft's brand standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers with car rental process and support
• Prepare and inspect rental vehicles for Lyft drivers
• Manage vehicle lot organization and transportation
• Flag vehicle issues and partner with operations lead

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience
• Familiarity with Glen Burnie area
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid unrestricted driver's license and insurable driving record
