💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of custom system solutions for Fivetran's R&D operations, build integrations between platforms like Jira and Salesforce, and create AI-powered internal tools to accelerate engineering workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of custom tools and dashboards for R&D operations
• Design and maintain integrations between Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce
• Build AI agents to help managers access data and draft requirements
• Create self-service analytics dashboards using Sigma and Looker Studio

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software industry designing systems
• Proven API integration experience (REST/GraphQL) with Python/Java
• Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered utilities using LLMs

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years in automation/operations within high-growth SaaS
• Familiarity with modern data stack (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran)
• Experience building custom internal tools or web applications
