You will troubleshoot service faults and enhancement requests, act as a technical escalation point for client issues, and liaise with various departments and external partners. Your role involves ensuring payment hardware and software are properly provisioned and contributing to product development through client feedback. You'll also assist with rotational on-call support to handle payment issues.

  • Risk Mitigation Methodology Experience

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical escalation point for client issues
  • Ensure clients' software and payment hardware are properly provisioned
  • Represent Accesso on Incidents and manage communication
  • Lead/Assist with payment boardings and configuration of requested services
  • Deliver client experience and feedback to internal teams
  • Liaise internationally with development teams and partners
  • Provide training/education for new products and improvements
  • Assist with rotational out-of-hours on-call support
