• Plan geography of new fiber-optic lines for fixed network expansion
• Develop and implement internal procedures for cable access network resources
• Monitor construction of fixed communication facilities and technical compliance
• Coordinate with contractors and infrastructure owners for technical proposals on fiber optics

📋 Requirements

• Higher technical education in telecommunications (fixed networks, fiber optics)
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications
• Deep knowledge of DWDM, CWDM, GPON technologies
• Experience with GIS systems and inventory bases (GIS, Cramer)
