💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted client-facing analytics partner to Sales and Customer Success, supporting revenue growth and customer adoption. You'll help scale a net-new analytics support function, shaping processes and expanding impact across products and customer segments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to repeatable data and analytics requests using standardized processes
• Partner with Sales to create compelling, insight-driven narratives for clients
• Deliver standardized adoption and usage reporting for Customer Success teams
• Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards for customer insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics or data role experience in healthcare/healthcare IT
• Domain expertise in Revenue Cycle (coding, claims, billing) or Clinical/Informatics
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with intake/request management processes like Salesforce
• Clinical background or experience with clinical stakeholders
• Direct experience with Epic Clarity and/or Caboodle databases
