💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategic right hand to the Head of GTM, turning sales data into a competitive advantage and owning the CRM source of truth. You'll partner with Central Ops and BizAps teams to enforce process and accountability, driving forecasting and compensation excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Maintain Salesforce as the central source of truth for sales team.
  • Own commission model and ensure accurate, timely payouts.
  • Deliver weekly dashboards on Pipeline Velocity, CAC, and Rep Yield.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools like Maps, Outreach, ZoomInfo.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of RevOps experience in a high-growth startup.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified with deep SFDC expertise.
  • Expert in Excel/SQL for modeling complex scenarios.
  • Cross-functional diplomacy to enforce data-driven decisions.
