🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily store operations including compliance and cleanliness
• Reconcile all cash operations: vault, registers, pickups, and EOD reports
• Oversee inventory control: receiving, audits, adjustments, and vendor returns
• Coach employees to deliver customer service and meet sales goals

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 25 employees per shift
• Strong cash handling, reporting, and KPI tracking capabilities
• Must be 21+ and meet Oregon state requirements for cannabis industry

• Cannabis experience a plus
• Familiarity with POS, kiosk, or order management systems
