Description

As a Risk Screening Team Leader at Payoneer, you will oversee a team responsible for sanctions and risk screening, ensuring alerts are handled in line with regulatory requirements. You will drive operational performance, develop team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years managerial experience leading operational or compliance teams
• 2+ years experience in online risk/compliance, fraud prevention, or compliance/risk in global payments or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with sanctions screening or name screening processes (strong advantage)
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Ensure team meets KPIs and SLAs through monitoring, coaching, and operational oversight
• Develop team members via feedback, training, and goal setting
• Act as escalation point for complex alerts and investigations
• Lead and coordinate Screening Team projects aligned with compliance and business priorities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, policies, and screening methodologies
