Description

You will support fast-growing companies and well-known enterprises on IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs, audit readiness, and adoption of new accounting standards. You'll engage with clients on technical accounting issues, deliver presentations, and manage relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or CMA
• 8+ years of recent professional services experience (public accounting or advisory firm preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP and SOX standards
• Flexibility to travel

Responsibilities

• Support IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs, audit readiness, and adoption of new accounting standards
• Provide research-based guidance and technical accounting documentation
• Deliver presentations on technical concepts and project plans
• Review team progress for compliance with standards
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
