Description

You will support the operational backbone of HR during organizational scaling, maintaining HRIS data integrity, managing employee lifecycle operations, and assisting with recruiting workflows. This role is ideal for an HR professional motivated to grow into broader operational ownership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR experience (Generalist, Specialist, or Coordinator level)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Exposure to onboarding, compliance, and employee data management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy including titles, reporting structures, and employee records
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and prepare HR documentation
  • Administer PTO tracking and serve as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
  • Support recruiting workflows, audit candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews
  • Assist in implementing new HR systems and identifying process improvements
