Description

As a Community Manager, you'll lead all aspects of apartment community operations, including financial performance, leasing, vendor partnerships, and resident satisfaction. You'll guide your team through development and daily support to ensure strong occupancy and a thriving community environment.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years property management experience including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager
• Six months community manager experience in multi-family, highly preferred
• Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft experience highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
• Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies
• Hire, train, and coach team members
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan events
