💼 About This Role

You'll be the first line of IT support, managing endpoints and vulnerability management across devices, servers, and virtual desktops. You'll help ensure AI tools are adopted safely by spotting risks like prompt injection or data leakage. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining security certifications like ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve IT support tickets and meet SLAs.
• Manage device lifecycle, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Perform patch management on endpoints, servers, and VDIs.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and drive remediation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT support or IT operations.
• Experience with identity and access management, MDM, and endpoint security tools.
• Exposure to patch management concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and interpreting results.

✨ Nice to Have

• IT or security certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, AWS, Microsoft Certified)
• Basic scripting ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Exposure to LLM security concepts like prompt injection or data leakage
