You'll support FC management within Coupang's expanding Taiwan operations, ensuring smooth logistics and fulfillment center operations. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by enabling faster deliveries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily fulfillment center operations and team performance
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate inbound/outbound flows
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Optimize processes using data-driven decision-making

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment center management
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
