Description

As a Senior Reliability Engineer at Anduril Industries, you'll support defense technology development for military applications. You'll lead Failure Modes Effects Analysis, perform predictive reliability analyses, develop qualification test plans, and drive root cause corrective actions to ensure products meet mission performance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Reliability, Design/Development, or Test Engineer
• B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with safety-critical hardware/software systems in defense or aerospace
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-HDBK-472, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1629
• Expertise in reliability analysis techniques including FMEA/FMECA, predictive modeling, Reliability Growth, Weibull, and Fault Tree Analysis

Responsibilities

• Support review of system block diagrams, interface control documents, and schematics
• Lead Failure Modes Effects Analysis and collaborate with Engineering teams
• Perform reliability analyses (MTTF/MTBF, MTBSA, MTBEFF) using Anduril requirements and industry standards
• Develop Qualification Test, ALT, and HALT plans and support test execution
• Perform Weibull analysis and Reliability Growth modeling from qualification and field data
