💼 About This Role

You'll join DigiCert's Trust Operations team to analyze security threats and manage security alerts in real-time. Your work will directly improve DigiCert's security posture and help protect a Fortune 500 client base. You'll also support incident response and contribute to ongoing security improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide analysis of security threats and problems.
• Manage and evaluate security alerts and detections.
• Work through tickets and resolve per defined SLAs.
• Participate in Security Incident Response and analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of Information Security design concepts and principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform in-depth log analysis and respond to security incidents.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• 2+ years with SIEM technologies (preferably Splunk).
• CISSP certification.
