Description

You will manage supply chain activities for energy storage system components, including inverters and transformers, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, procurement, supplier relations, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials. This role directly supports ON.energy's mission to build power infrastructure for the AI era.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain management for medium/high-voltage transformers and switchgear
• Knowledge of IEEE/UL/IEC standards for power equipment
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to manage logistics and inventory strategies
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Engineering, Operations, and Quality

Responsibilities

• Source central and string inverters and associated components
• Manage technical specifications, FAT, and compliance with IEEE/UL/IEC standards
• Negotiate warranty terms, lead times, spare parts packages, and service agreements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead RFQs, and manage contracts
• Collaborate with Engineering on specifications and change management
