You'll lead a team of Specialist Solutions Architects focusing on the Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel/Hospitality vertical, driving Databricks lakehouse expansion with enterprise software and big data. You'll partner with Sales to crush revenue targets and ensure customer success. This role combines 70% pre-sales and 30% post-sales leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow and mentor a team of Specialist Solutions Architects.
• Maintain a hiring pipeline for ongoing staffing needs.
• Drive sales targets by partnering with Solution Architects on technical strategy.
• Establish customer relationships and drive alignment across technical teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data space with a technical product (data warehousing, big data, or ML).
• Experience leading technical pre-sales teams including hiring, onboarding, and exceeding quotas.
• Experience driving executive alignment on data infrastructure decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
