You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier technical talent to support Anduril's fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll partner with recruiters to build pipelines for critical technical roles and help drive company growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in technical sourcing or recruiting with proven track record for technical roles
• Understanding of modern technology stacks and hardware development processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive and active technical candidates
• Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies
• Analyze sourcing metrics to refine and optimize sourcing strategies
