You'll serve as the bridge between product knowledge and full-stack development, providing integration guidance to technical users. Your core impact is ensuring developers worldwide launch and grow their businesses on Stripe smoothly. This role offers extensive onboarding and a chance to work across multiple programming languages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot user issues and advise on integrations via email, chat, and phone
• Partner with mentors to improve developer skills and team coverage
• Work a mixed schedule to provide 24/5 front-line developer support
• Track friction points analytically and collaborate to improve Stripe
• Optimize internal and external documentation for Stripe products

📋 Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate technical guidance to varied backgrounds
• Passion for interacting with people, sometimes live-chatting many at once
• Familiarity with SQL and building basic queries
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with technical teams

• Operations savvy with ability to identify and eliminate process friction
• Graduated from a full-stack bootcamp with large-scale projects
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar with web app framework experience
