🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
• Define and execute account strategies focused on retention and expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and other teams

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management in payments or fintech
• Proven leadership managing high-performing international teams
• Strong understanding of payment technologies and industry regulations
