You'll drive the technical evolution of Brilliant Black Minds, building AI-powered tools and automations for a community of 11,000+ diverse software engineers. You'll be the sole engineer on the program, owning projects end-to-end while also managing day-to-day community operations. This role stands out for blending 70% hands-on engineering with 30% community program management.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end engineering projects from design through release.
- Build and maintain clean, scalable services and APIs.
- Integrate LLM APIs into technical interview preparation offerings.
- Develop tooling and automations for community operations.
π Requirements
- 3+ years designing and shipping web applications to production.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Ruby.
- Experience with system architecture, database design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs or AI-enhanced features.
