💼 About This Role

You'll join the Finance Transformation team to build a best-in-class finance function for a global shared service center. Your core impact will be developing and deploying standardized cash operations processes across a growing network of member firms. This role stands out for its hands-on focus on AI and automation within a PE-backed, rapidly scaling organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement standardized cash operations workflows
• Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses
• Develop SOPs, templates, and training materials
• Partner with member firms to drive process adoption

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and SOPs

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to NetSuite, Numeric, Trovata, Databricks, or Notion
• Experience in shared service center or high-growth environment
• Curiosity about AI and automation in finance
