Description

You will analyze and optimize production equipment to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while ensuring safety and quality. You will champion continuous improvement projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues, and support the ramp-up of newly launched products to full-scale production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing equipment engineering, automation, or reliability
• Expertise in programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, and industrial automation systems
• Strong understanding of robotics, motion control, and mechanical/electrical subsystems
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production equipment to maximize OEE and safety
• Champion continuous improvement projects to maximize yield, cycle time, and equipment availability
• Resolve equipment issues and provide technical guidance to process engineering and maintenance teams
• Support ramp-up of newly launched products to full-scale production
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
