💼 About This Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth performance of our autonomous delivery robots in the field. You'll assist robots with navigation, perform light maintenance, and help complete deliveries safely on time. Your on-the-ground support will directly contribute to improving our technology and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain field readiness and support robot operations.
• Assist in robot deployment, inspection, cleaning, and placement.
• Track and close escalation tickets with clear documentation.
• Operate company vehicles for robot movement and recovery.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year experience in last-mile delivery or robotics.
• Experience with Jira and Slack.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
