💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the company's financial integrity and profitability by owning financial systems, cadence, and controls. You'll lead accurate job costing, cash flow management, and proactive reporting to reduce ad hoc intervention. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, WIP, AR, AP, payroll, and inventory
• Enforce financial policies, approval limits, and internal controls
• Manage cash inflows/outflows and AR collections
• Lead annual budget development and rolling forecasts

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive finance or accounting leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with job costing and WIP accounting
• Expertise in cash flow and working capital management

✨ Nice to Have

• Construction, plumbing, HVAC, or project-based business experience
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential
• Budgeting and financial controls in growth environments
