You'll solve massive-scale challenges with 80M+ daily tokens and ship production code impacting millions of users. This role offers high autonomy and a direct line to the CTO in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and optimize the core chat loop for real-time performance
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO alignment strategy
• Design custom classifiers for nuanced content moderation
• Oversee data sourcing, labeling, and dataset quality

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Shipped ML/LLM features to millions of users
• Proficient in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack

• Experience with uncensored/NSFW content moderation
• Understanding of alignment physics (prompt conditioning, temperature)
