🎯 What You'll Do

• Support operational decision-making and team development initiatives
• Define and optimize fund accounting workflows
• Review accounting activities, financial reporting, and investor allocations
• Prepare fund performance metrics including IRRs and TVPI

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in fund accounting or audit with private markets exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of waterfall calculations and investor allocations
• Experience evaluating and implementing accounting systems
