Description

You will support fundamental financial issue resolution through sophisticated data analysis and lead automation activities to aid management decision-making at Coupang. You'll develop finance models to improve cost efficiency, collaborate with internal stakeholders on KPI reports and dashboards, and oversee forecasting and planning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management or finance preferred
• 4-6 years experience in FP&A, business planning, or management planning
• Proficient in MS Office Excel
• Experience in leading financial projects and improving processes
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Improve decision-making and cost efficiency through finance model development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop FC KPI reports and dashboards
• Monitor KPIs and analyze causes of changes
• Review and approve operational contracts
• Develop weekly/monthly forecasting and planning tools
