Description
As a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them optimize their use of MongoDB and achieve their business outcomes. You'll own customer relationships, drive adoption and growth, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for technical product
- 4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue realization for Forbes Global 2000 book of business
- Strong advocacy skills and ability to act as an extension of the customer within MongoDB
- Aptitude and curiosity for technology; experience with database, cloud, and infrastructure is a plus
- Bilingual English and French
Responsibilities
- Work as a strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, designing remediation plans
- Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
- Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
