Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines, ensure production metrics are met, and manage facilities in the absence of the General Manager. You'll identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading teams of over 50 associates
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Must be open to relocation
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
